## About Salterwick Property

Salterwick opened above a bakery on Salter Street in 2009 with four rental properties and a landline. It now manages 612 homes across Bristol, Bath and Frome and sells around ninety a year, still with one negotiator per street rather than one per postcode. The difference customers notice is boring and deliberate: every enquiry gets a name, a number and a time, and nothing sits in a shared inbox overnight.

### How the desk works

A live view of what the team is working through. Every enquiry carries a reference, an owner and a next step — nothing sits unowned.

A enquiry is looked up by its reference together with the email it belongs to — both,
always. A signed-in visitor skips that: the assistant reads their own enquiries from
their identity and never asks for an address it has already been given.
